Washington state law requires that you include your name, mailing address, occupation, and employer with your contribution.
Contribution limits and disclosure.
Washington state law limits individual contributions to $1,200 per candidate per election. The primary and general elections are treated as separate elections, so the maximum per cycle is $1,200 each.
Contributions from corporations, unions, political action committees formed as corporations, and foreign nationals are prohibited.
All contributions are reported to the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) and are a matter of public record.
Contributions to political campaigns are not tax-deductible.
